To add a meter reading manually, this can be done by selecting a specific meter and then clicking 'add new reading'. Next, simply input the associated reading into the allocated box. *Note that this is not possible for high frequency meters. It is however possible to manually upload CSV files for these meter types (see - 'How do I upload a CSV file').
