An alert can be created to inform selected users when energy consumption falls below or exceeds a predefined upper and lower limit. An alert is created by clicking the 'Admin' tab and then selecting appropriate site/ sub-site from the navigation bar.
An alert can be created by clicking on the 'Alert' tab and selecting 'Add new Alert'. Upper and lower limits can be defined for specific meters and users selected for whom should receive the notifications.
A workflow of all alerts which have been triggered can be found and then investigations tracked and annotated in the 'Summary' > 'Alerts' tab.
