Alerts can be set to trigger when there is an error with either a meter or a data source. This can be setup by going into the 'Admin' tab, and the selecting the 'Data' tab. As shown below, this page displays all the data quality alerts that are currently set and allows for new data alerts to be created.
By clicking on the 'Data Alerts' tab, a customised alert can be configured, including: who the recipients of the alert should be, the frequency at which the alerts should be triggered and where the alert will appear.
A workflow of all alerts which have been triggered can be found and then investigations tracked and annotated in the 'Summary' > 'Alerts' tab.
