• A managed asset can be set up for whole building submission as a site in Fabriq.
  • Operating Control for the main site is with the 'Landlord' for a managed asset
  • One or more Electricity/Fuels & Heat/Water/Waste Meters can be attached directly to the main site
  • Meters attached to the main site do not need to be categorised as 'Purchased by Landlord' or 'Purchased by Tenant'. This can be blank.




  • Electricity Meter Readings for the main site, will be aggregated to a total electricity for submission (e.g. Elec. meter 31 + Elec. meter 32)
  • Water Meter Readings for main site will be aggregated to a total water for submission (e.g. Water meter 31 + Water meter 32)
  • Fuel & Heat meters for the main site, with Sub category in {'District Heating', 'Heat/Cool'} will be grouped by Purchaser and then aggregated to a total before submission for District Heating & Cooling (Fuels. meter 31)
  • Fuel & Heat meters for the main site, with Sub category in {'Natural Gas', 'LPG', 'Gas Oil', 'Fuel Oil', 'Burning Oil / Kerosene', 'Diesel', 'Petrol', 'Industrial Coal', 'Wood Pellets', 'Steam'} will be grouped by Purchaser and then aggregated to a total before submission for Fuels (Fuels. meter 32 + Fuels. meter 33)
  • Hazardous Waste meters will be grouped then aggregated before submission (e.g. Waste meter 32 + Waste meter 33)
  • Non Hazardous Waste meters will be grouped then aggregated before submission (e.g. Waste meter 31)
