If you are setting up your portfolio for the first time or uploading a large quantity of data, the most efficient method to import data is via a Bulk Upload. Once populated, information on sites, meters, historical data, and building operations can be easily uploaded to the platform. The template for this is found and uploaded within the 'Admin' tab. Simply download the document and then begin to fill in the necessary fields. The document can then be uploaded via the upload tab.
Data can also be input manually to specific meters within the platform. For high frequency meters this is done by uploading a high frequency CSV file. Whereas for low frequency meters, either a CSV file can be uploaded, using the same method as when uploading a high frequency CSV file or by manually typing the readings into the meter.
