A common reason for a file failing to upload is that the file has the incorrect formatting. When uploading any data file into the Fabriq platform, it must follow the specific formatting outlined in the 'Supported Formats' guidance. The relevant formatting varies depending on the resolution which the data is received, in addition to the type of meter where the data is to be imported.
Examples of the different formats specific to the meter in question are provided within the Fabriq Platform.
These can be located in the 'Import from CSV' tab (the same location where data can be uploaded).
Downloadable examples of the relevant data formats can then be found to the left hand side of the web page. Examples will vary based on the frequency and type of meter that the data is to be uploaded to.
